WELCOME TO THE HUFFMAN GROUP

The research of the Huffman Group focuses on analytical and atmospheric chemistry, emphasizing the development and application of new scientific approaches to addressing environmental problems. Most of this work involves atmospheric aerosols from both field and lab perspectives. Our interests span from cloud nucleation and spore detection to pollen allergies and respiratory diseases. Science communication and community engagement are important goals that lace through it all.

JOIN US

We are looking for motivated graduate and undergraduate students. Graduate students are generally admitted with funding into the program with bachelor's degrees in chemistry. Undergraduate students at DU may be considered from all majors/disciplines of science and engineering and at all stages of study.
